The Website and online store are operated by FINSTERAMBER LLC under the brand name FINSTERAMBER (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, using its features, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order through our Website.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your:

Telephone number;

Shipping address.

You are responsible for reviewing your information before submitting an order.

If customer-account functionality is available, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

FINSTERAMBER offers camping lights, portable lanterns, tent lights, rechargeable outdoor lighting products, and related portable lighting products and accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product information, including:

Dimensions;
Weight;
Materials;
Colors;
Lighting modes;
Power source;
Charging method;
Battery requirements;
Included components and accessories; and
Prices.

However:

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings;
Product dimensions and weight may be subject to minor manufacturing variations;
Brightness may appear different depending on the surrounding environment and viewing conditions;
Minor cosmetic variations may occur between individual products; and
Decorative items shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Customers should carefully review the complete product description and specifications before placing an order.

3. Product Use and Care

Our camping lights and portable lighting products are intended to be used according to the specifications and instructions provided on their respective product pages or accompanying materials.

Customers should:

Unless a product is expressly described as waterproof, it should not be assumed to withstand immersion in water.

Water-resistant products should only be used within the limitations described in their applicable product specifications.

Damage caused by misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, improper storage, or use outside the product’s stated specifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.

4. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.

We may reasonably:

Limit purchase quantities;
Discontinue a product;
Update product availability; or
Correct inaccurate inventory information.

If a product becomes unavailable after you submit an order, we may cancel the affected product and issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation or order-receipt email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully authorized and we determine that the order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product unavailability;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Payment authorization problems;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
An incomplete or invalid shipping address;
An address outside our supported shipping area;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Website are in United States dollars (USD).

Applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

We currently accept payment through PayPal only.

Customers must select PayPal during checkout and follow the instructions provided by PayPal to authorize and complete the transaction.

Depending on the customer’s PayPal account, location, and eligibility, PayPal may allow payment using a PayPal balance, linked bank account, eligible credit or debit card, or another funding source offered directly by PayPal. Any such funding option is provided and processed by PayPal and does not mean that FINSTERAMBER LLC directly accepts or processes card payments.

We do not currently accept payment directly by:

Cash or cash on delivery;
Check or money order;
Bank transfer;
Cryptocurrency; or
Payment information submitted by email or telephone.

An order will not enter processing until PayPal confirms that the payment has been successfully authorized.

FINSTERAMBER LLC does not directly collect or store complete PayPal login credentials, complete credit- or debit-card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking passwords.

7. Pricing and Website Errors

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Website information.

However, typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate specifications, availability errors, or other mistakes may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct such errors.

If an error materially affects an order, we may:

Contact the customer for confirmation;
Correct the affected information where appropriate; or
Cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently accept orders for eligible delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

Alaska;
Hawaii;
Puerto Rico;
Other U.S. territories;
APO/FPO/DPO addresses; or
International destinations.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Our estimated total delivery period is generally 7–15 business days, consisting of approximately:

1–2 business days processing time; and
6–13 business days shipping-transit time.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges, tracking procedures, address requirements, carrier delays, multiple-package shipments, and other delivery matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility may depend on factors including:

The date the return is requested;
Product condition;
Signs of use;
Presence of all original components and accessories;
Product cleanliness;
Packaging condition where reasonably applicable; and
Prior return authorization.

For approved personal-reason returns, customers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs.

When a return is required because we confirm that a product was damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to an issue attributable to us, FINSTERAMBER LLC will be responsible for reasonable return-shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Our Return and Refund Policy controls return authorization, shipping responsibilities, inspections, damaged-product claims, and refund procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
